SPCAT : Guide

About SPCAT

This SPCAT version works with UCS. When used in a Windows environment, like Windows 2000, with a multilingual browser such as Internet Explorer 5 or above or Netscape 6 or above, it allows alphabets with symbols like umlauts and simplified Chinese characters (used in China) to be displayed.
